Accommodation

The house is split into two completely separate self contained spacious apartments, each with its own separate external entrance. 

The downstairs apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with a washing machine in the garage. 

The large lounge and dining area has an open log fireplace, comfy sofas and a dining table that seats 6 people.

There are two double size bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and there is a separate  toilet.

There is off road parking for one car as well as ample additional parking immediately alongside. The property has a relatively small garden laid mostly to lawn, and a separate patio and BBQ area.
